Steps To Reproduce:

1)login as auditor
2)click on upload audit records
3)fill the checkpoints
4)for a checkpoint select ok and NA from the drop down
5)submit the checklists
6)retrieve the checklist/checkpoints
7)observe

Description

Problem on selecting the Checkpoint answer as NA and after submitted the checklist/checkpoints when tried to retrieve the same checklist/checkpoint displays select in the drop down where selected as NA first
