Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to EwQIMS application in chrome browser.

2) Click on Setup menu -> Click on Groups submenu.

3) Enter the name of new group.

4) Click on the group name and observe the User details tab with "Select user" button.

Groups -> In Groups page of user details tab without any data is displaying "Select user" button.
