Steps To Reproduce:

1.Document→New Document request
2.Select level,doc name , doc number . rowsw document
3.Click on Add
4.Now go to Setup→Document Management
5.Click on level where document is published
6.Click on Native documents tab
7.Observe result
8.Check Screenshot
