Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into ewqims
2.Go to docpro module
3.Setup→Docpro settings
4.Click on disable second password checkbox
5.Now select new document request
6.Fill in details
7.Click on sumbit
8.Go to approver login
9.Actions page
10.Observe the result
