Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator(Without site administrator Rights)
2. Click on Calibration tab
3. Click on External Lab Calibration Menu
4. Enter the Mandatory field
5. Click on Attach button
6. Attach a file and complete the study
7. Click on Save button
8. Again click on the Same study link
9. Observe the Reslt

Documents are not able to attach when the user having site administrator rights or rights revoked for that user.
