Steps To Reproduce:

1)login as auditor
2)click on upload audit records
3)select the answer as "No"
4)upload NC and OFI against the checkpoint
5)after the NC and OFI is raised and saved
6)try to change the answer for the checkpoint
7)click No on the alert
8)observe

Description

when changed the answer for checkpoint alert displays as "Are you sure you want to delete?" when clicked on No system should stay calm instead it is opening Uploaded NC screen against the checkpoint to which NC and OFI is raised.
