For a checkpoint when selected the answer as "NO" upload NC screen opens but when tried to change the answer the selected option is getting change in the back ground but it is actually not.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)login as auditor
2)click on upload audit records
3)select the answer as "No"
4)upload NC against the checkpoint
5)after the NC is raised and saved
6)try to change the answer for the checkpoint
7)click No on the alert
8)Mean while observe the back ground
