Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on TPM setup tab
4. Click on Equipment
5. Select the Activity tab
6. Set PM type as "CBM"
7. Click on Edit button
8. Observe the Result
