Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on TPM setup tab
4. Click on Equipment Menu
5. Right Click on Parent Node
6. Select New Equipment Context Menu
7. Enter the Mandatory field
8. Click on Upload button
9. Upload the document from Local Machine
10. Click on Attached document link
11. Observe the External Link

Description
Issue 1: Equipment(Chrome): When clicking on Attached document link, the system not showing the attached document in external link.
Issue 2: This issue also in Planned Maintenance detail screen.
