closedBug #8554: Impact:Admin actions:Pending requests: Modify users: When modifying the request which has only one round, then the request cant be bypassed, it remains in the same page for long time( more than 5 mins)
All Browsers:Admin actions: Pending requests modify users: When bypassing the last round users or approving the doc by the last approver, the system gets hanged. its taking around 2 minutes to perform the action(Same in action mgmt)

2.GO to Doc pro
3.Click on admin actions
4.Click on pending requests
5.Click on modify
6.Bypass all the rounds, when modifying last rouind
Description
IE:Admin actions: Pending requests modify users: When bypassing the last round users, the system gets hanged
When this is performed, all the actions are getting slowed in doc pro for other users

By that time no user can access doc pro, its getting slow for users
By that time when clicking on level in toc shows error
