Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on TPM setup tab
4. Click on Equipment Menu
5. Right Click on Parent Node
6. Select New Equipment Context Menu
7. Enter the Mandatory field and save
8. Click on Activity tab
9. Select the Activity from Activity Master pop up window
10. Select the Row
11. Click on Edit button
12. Observe the fields.
13. Click on Save button
14. Observe the Alert Message
