Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on TPM Setup tab
4. Click on Plant Configuration Menu
5. Select Category as "Equipment"
6. Click on New button
7. Enter the Mandatory field
8. Click on upload option in Attachment field
9. Select the file
10. Click on the Attached document link
11. Observe the Attachment pop up window
