Activity Master(Chrome): Delete Functionality is not working in Multiple selection.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on Setup tab
4. Click on Activity Master Menu
5. Select Multiple Items
6. Click on Delete button
7. Observe the Screen

Description

Issue 1: Activity Master(Chrome): Delete Functionality is not working in Multiple selection.

Issue 2: When a user tries to delete the Activity Master with single selection, it deleted the First data, when trying to delete the second one, it not working properly.
