Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on Setup tab
4. Click on Spare Part Master Menu
5. Click on Upload button
6. Attach document from local machine
7. Click on Attached document link
8. Observe the Result
