Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on Setup tab
4. Click on Spare Part Master Menu
5. Left the Expiry Period as blank
6. Click on Save button
7. Observe the Alert message
8. Observe the Technical Specification
9. Observe the design of Expiry period selection box

Description

Issue 1: Expiry Period -- When a user tries to save the Spare Part Master without entering the Expiry date value, it displays alert like "THLPlease SelectExpiryValue". - Open

Issue 2: Technical Specification -- Need to Specify Technical Specification field as optional. - Closed

Issue 3: Expiry Period -- Design of Period selection box is not good. - Open (Not only in Orange Theme also in EwQIMS)
