Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aquapro
2.Select Main in AquaPro Menu
3.Select Any PI ->Open PFMEA Or Process Flow Document
4.Click in the document Reddot appear at the top left document
5.Press Ctrl +Insert continuously
6.Observe the Result in Both main and Main 2
