Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aquapro
2.Select Main in AquaPro Menu
3.At the top left pane Right click on the format->click Add
4.Observe the result.

Description

Add is not working in the format context menu

Expected result:user select Add popup should appear with multiple list of option,where user able to select different document.
