Delete header is not working properly, meaning the column is disappearing and needs to refresh after inserting two heading and then delete the header.

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to EwQIMS and click on Main2
2) Go to any production itemes and open any Process documents
3) Right click on any column and select insert heading
4) Right click again second time and insert heading again
5) Now right click and select delete heading
6) Now observe the result the column is get disappear till the page is get refreshed
