Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aquapro
2.Select Main in AquaPro Menu
3.Select Any PI > Open PFMEA Document
4.select Potential Effects of Failure:Sev>Click popup dropdown appear->choose design failure->list will displays select it .
5.Observe it.

Before that user need to enter data in Potential Failure Mode in design Fmea to see the Design failure list.
