Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aquapro
2.Select the Aquapro Menu.
3.Select main 2->Open the PFMEA document
4.select any cell->Right click >Open the document
5.Popup appear ->Click work instruction document>Open the document
6.Right click on the header click refresh document.
7.Observe the Result.
