1. Login as admin/auditor and auditee
2. Observe the result on requested page

Description

Getting slow response in following pages

1. Perform audit -> Previous audit yet to be closed out page is too slow. Taking 55 secs to load 40 to 50 Findings
2. 8D Car -> User selection field is freeze when click on done button
3. Existing Actual Audits -> The page is not responded when click on update button on existing record

Existing Audit issues

1. Perform Audit -> Assigned audit forms are not displayed in "Upload audit records" page
