Click on Business rules from the menu
click on any of the pillar name
Click on the entity name, the user list pop up will open
Click on done

Description

1) when selecting all the approval hierarchy and clicking on save, the hierarchy is not saved.
2) Couldn't select global and site co-ordinator from the same entity.
3) Why are we selecting entity twice for global and site co-ordinator user selection.
