When AQuA Hyperlink opened its not allowing to open other document

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aquapro
2.Select Main in AquaPro Menu
3.Select Any PI -> Open PFMEA Document
4.Open the AQuA Hyperlink
5.Click on the PFMEA or Control Plan document
6.Observe the result

Description

If we Open the Aqua Hyperlink Cell it will Open the Document but by clicking on PFMEA or Control Plan its not Opening the clicked document and remains in the same Hyperlink Document only

Note: By Partial Open its not working but by Open/Count/Export to Export its working
