Click on Context Element and click on Delete button alert message is displayed, whereas alert message should not display since there is no row to delete

1.Login to EwQIMS application
2.Goto FST Module
3.Goto Main and select PI
4.Goto Item Definition->Block Diagram,Item Boundaries, IFM click on Context Element and click on Delete Button
5.Goto FSR click on Context Element and click on Delete Button
