Audit Cycle - Annual Audit Number on Repeat Rows -> Problem on generating annual audit no on repeated rows

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Go to audit cycle
3. Create new annual audit and save it
4. Select the respective audit by clicking on respective check box and then click on repeat row button
5. Click on edit button on repeated row
6. Change the audit program and audit type under the same entity and audit conducted by
7. Do not click on save button
8. Select the existing audit program and audit type
9. Then click on save button
10. Now check the annual audit #. The sequence no is increased.

Audit Cycle - Annual Audit Number on Repeat Rows -> The annual audit no sequence is changing only for the combination “Auditee + Audit program + Audit type" while updating the annual audit information on repeated rows
