Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)upload NC's
4)while uploading NC attach the procedure attachments from doc pro
5)submit it to auditee
6)login as auditee
7)click on corrective actions
8)select the respective nc
9)click on history and observe the procedures attached
