Not able expand PI Tree structure in Demote popup shows Js Error.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. login to aqua pro
2. select main in aqua pro menu
3. click on Global PI->select characteristic table->Right on the cell and click Demote.
4.Popup appears->click (+) expanded
5.Observe the result.

Description

Not able expand PI Tree structure in Demote popup shows Js Error.

Expected result:-User able to see all the Child structure Pi for the Parent PI.
