Steps To Reproduce:

1. login to aqua pro
2. select main in aqua pro menu
3. click on Global PI->select characteristic table->Right Click select Demote ->Popup Appear
4.Observe the Structure.

PI Tree structure is displayed wrong in Demote

Expected result:- Demote popup should list PI Trees Shown as same in the PI tree
