Steps To Reproduce:
1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Assign Department from Setup tab
4.Set 'Is a Site' as Yes/No and click search
5.Select a Cell and Right click and Select a department contact person
6.Assign the user as Primary Contact person and again select some other user and Click Done
7.Observe the Result
