Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on Aquapro and publish a large document to a level with approval settings.
2. Log in as approver and approve the document.

Issue: Ater the conversion, the document is neither displayed in TOC nor in Document management but it is displayed in Change histroy with status Approved​.
