Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on benchmark icon from menu
3. Click on Existing expectation category
4. Go to Goals tab
5. Add goals for any one expectation
6. After save, remove the respective expectation from expectation list on benchmark page
7. Observe the result
