Equipment(Machine Info) : When a user tries to open the Existing machine details without selecting/changing the data, if we click in to the Activity tab, it displays alert like "Update successfully"

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login Module as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM-Setup tab
3. Click on Spare Part Master
4. Click on Existing Spare Part details
5. Immediately click on Vendor tab
6. Observe the Alert
7. Click on Equipment menu
8. Click on Existing Machine details
9. Immediately click on Activity tab
10. Observe the Alert

Description

Issue 2: Equipment(Machine Info) : When a user tries to open the Existing machine details without selecting/changing the data, if we click in to the Activity tab, it displays alert like "Update successfully" - Open (Reported as New Issue)

Issue 3: Equipment: When clicking on Activity tab without changing the data, the system displays alert like "Are you sure you want to delete". - Closed
Issue 1: Spare Part Master : When a user tries to open the Existing spare part details without changing the data, if we click into the Vendor tab, it displays alert like "Update Successfully". - Closed
