1.Login into ewqims
2.Go to problem solver module
3.Actions→Intial Evaluation Completed
4.Click on title /concern
5.Click on track project
6.click on show or hide column
7.select checkbox to be displayed
8.now go to problem solver setup→Templates
9.check the screenshot
