1)Login to module as auditor
2)click on corrective action closeout
3)specify verified and validated as Yes and no
4)attach attachment
5)click on save
6)Run the file
7)observe

Description

When auditor closeout attachments are attached displays error after save but able to attach and publish document to doc pro along with revisions

issues identintified after applying hotfix
