Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login Module as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM-Setup tab
3. Click on Breakdown WO
4. Report the BD
5. Click on Breakdown Work order list
6. Click on Maintenance Person Icon
7. Select the user from User pop up window
8. Click on done button
9. Observe the Error message
