Cant able to revise the document. It shows the document already has inprocess request but there is no active request(Only at first time)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Aqua
3.Publish the pFmea doc for the PI Mask technology center→MTC attenuated which has one round of approvers
4.Revise the document for which it has assign by admin route
5.cant able to revise the document it shows error message as it has already inprocess request
