Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Aqua
3.Publish the pFmea doc for the PI Mask technology center→MTC attenuated which has one round of approvers
4.Revise the document for which it has assign by admin route
5.cant able to revise the document it shows error message as it has already inprocess request
