Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Entity menu from Setup tab
4.Right Click on any existing entity and Select New Entity
5.Enter all the mandatory details and select 'Is a Site' as No
6.Save the entity
7.Observe the entity after saving
