1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on documents
4.Right click and select revision history summary
5.Click on download icon
6.Right click and select view source file

SB-16012672

1. When the header (THEAD in HTML) is more than 10% of the page height, the header is not repeating in subsequent pages and not even getting displayed sometime
2. When the BODY is large in a TABLE the header is not getting displayed.

The header can get displayed by refreshing the page using F5 key or right click --> Refresh context menu.
