In meetings page, Cant able to change the entity.

Steps To Reproduce:

Log in as admin.
2. Go to Activities tab.
3. Click on meetings menu.
4. Click on new.
5. Click on entity selection icon.
6. Select an entity and click done.
7. Observe the result

Description

In meetings page, Cant able to change the entity. Selecting different entity and clicking on Done button not working.
