Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to setup tab.
3. Click on Business Rule menu.
4. Select a level and save.
5. Go to Competency tab.
6. Click on Comp Evaluation page.
7. Select a user.
8. Click on attach and attach document.
9. Go to Doc pro.
10. Observe the folder name.
