Transaction: Spare Part Request: When a user hit the Send Request button, the system not displays the alert message immediately.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login Module as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Transaction
3. Click on Spare Part Request Menu
4. Click on New button
5. Enter the Mandatory field
6. Click on Send Request button
7. Observe the Screen

Description

Transaction: Spare Part Request: When a user hit the Send Request button, the system doesn't display the alert message immediately.
Once the page was refreshed, it displays alert like "Request already generated"

This issue occurs in Chrome, Firefox and Opera.
