Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EWQIMS Application
2.Goto VDA Module and Select the PI
3.Goto Failure Analysis, insert 1 row then enter the Function and Requirement and in failure field don't enter anything and delete the Requirement branch and again click on Failure Analysis menu

Expected Result: The Row should not get deleted, only the Function name should display
