Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into audit pro as scheduler.
2. Go to administrator menu and select Audit cycle menu.
3. Create planned audit or actual audit.
4. Publish for approval.
5. Go to batch manager and run the desired mail.
6. Observe the result.
