Design/Process VDA Risk/Optimization - When there is Focus in the Risk/Optimization dialog window and clicking OK Button, system fails to display the Risk/Optimization data in AIAG VDA

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Design/Process VDA tab
3.Select Failure Analysis Menu
4.Enter data for Risk/Optimization and Click OK Button.
5.Select AIAG VDA and Observe the Result
6.Again Enter data for Risk/Optimization and click out of the Dialog window and then Click OK Button.
7.Observe the Result in AIAG VDA
