Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as VDA Module User
3.Click on PI Tab and Select the PI
4.Click on Design VDA Tab
5.Click on Failure Analysis Menu
6.Right Click and add Risk
7.In risk window type date in date field in DD/MM/yyyy
8.Observe result.

Description

Risk and Optimize date format support dd/mm/yyyy but the user preference is mm/dd/yyyy ,due to this PFMEA is column will empty

Expected result :date field should not support other format other than user preference date.
