Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to VDA
2.Select any production Item
3.Select Function Analysis menu ->At the Right frame window(name :Function Analysis) ->Right create new branch under the existing characteristic by Right click ->Create characteristic branch
4. See the table and see the requirement tree
5.Observe the result.

Description

when adding new characteristic for the existing operation which have characteristic, it replacing with new characteristic for the older one

Expected Result :For operation user should able to add multiple characteristic.

Here issue is not able to add characteristic for the existing operation ,if i try to add characteristic for the operation its replacing the existing data .
