Design VDA: In Failure Analysis, Function has multiple requirement, right click on requirement ID and delete the branch, requirement is getting deleted on refresh the deleted requirement is displayed

1.Login to EWQIMS Application
2.Goto VDA Module and Select the PI
3.Goto Failure Analysis, add multiple requirement for the single function and delete the requirement and refresh the page

Description

Expected Result: The Deleted Requirement should not display on refresh.

Scenario: When the Failure is added and deleting the requirement Branch on refresh deleted branch is not displayed, if the failure field is empty and delete the requirement Branch on refresh deleted branch is displayed
