Design VDA: Flows Done for the Failure Analysis is not working

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as VDA Module User
3.Click on PI Tab and Select the PI
4.Click on Design VDA Tab
5.Click on Function Analysis Menu
6.Select an Element in Requirement Tree and Right-Click on it
7.Click the "Flows Done" option
8.Select "All Flows are Done" option
9.View the Requirement Tree
10.Click on Failure Analysis Menu
11.View the EFC Tree
12.Observe the Result

Description

In the Function Analysis, by clicking on Flows Done for the selected System its showing the Flows was Done and working as expected. But in the Failure Analysis, viewing the same Flows Done part its not showing correctly.

Expected Results: For the both Function and Failure Analysis, If we Set the Flows Done for the particular System then the entire System's Flow Down/Flow Up Part should be display as Flows Done by indicating as Green Color
