Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as VDA Module User
3.Click on PI Tab and Select the PI
4.Click on Design VDA Tab and Select the P-Diagram Menu
5.Click on Maximize Button in the Block Diagram Area
6.Scroll the Horizontal Bar
7.Observe the Results

Description

In the P- Diagram, By clicking on the Maximize Icon in the Block Diagram Area and Scrolling the Horizontal Scroll Bar and Viewing the Responses and Error States Area that area is not showing the Full Box but the text was showing with the Scroll Bar and the Functionality was working.

Expected Result: While Maximizing the Block Diagram Area, the other Area's should not affect and the other Area's Box want to show Full Size Box.
